Gayela Children Foundation (GCF) was founded as a non-profit community-based organization in the Jinja district of Uganda. It was started by a team of people from the village of Bujagali with the aim of helping marginalized and orphaned children achieve a better future. GCF provides shelter, food, medical care and education to more than 25 needy or homeless children. This allows children in vulnerable conditions that are often invisible to society, to have the elements to transform their reality and community.
